Job Specification: Export Coordinator – Ocean & Air Freight Location: Colchester | Full-time Role Summary We’re seeking an experienced Export Coordinator with 5 years in freight forwarding, specialising in Air and Ocean exports . You’ll handle UK export shipments from start to finish, ensuring customs compliance and top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end UK Air & Ocean export shipments . Prepare export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, customs entries). Liaise with customers, suppliers, and carriers. Ensure timely billing and invoicing. Work independently and manage multiple shipments efficiently. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in UK export freight forwarding. Solid understanding of UK customs procedures and CDS Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills. Proficiency in logistics and invoicing software.
