About The role: Stellar Connect are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client's team. This is a contract role (2 days/week in our clients' Glasgow office, 3 days/week remote) and falls Inside IR35. For this role the company are looking for a dynamic individual, with a proactive can do attitude. What you'll be doing: Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Maintain and update project documentation, including RAID logs. Track project progress and identify potential issues. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. Note taking and minute taking Essential Skills: Proven experience in a project-based environment. Proficiency with Jira for task management and reporting. Strong understanding and application of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
