With an established practice and growing portfolio of Oracle Cloud projects, they’re now hiring a Senior ERP Programme Manager to lead flagship transformation initiatives across finance, supply chain, and HR domains. About the Role As an ERP Programme Manager – Oracle , you’ll take full ownership of Oracle Cloud ERP delivery across multi-workstream, high-value programmes. You’ll engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, manage internal and external teams, and ensure successful execution from mobilisation through to transition. The focus is on leadership, governance, and business outcomes—not technical configuration. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the delivery of enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programmes Managing end-to-end delivery across planning, governance, scope, and benefits Acting as the point of engagement for senior client stakeholders (incl. C-level) Leading internal and third-party teams across onshore and offshore models Supporting commercial activity including bid development and proposal shaping Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the growth of the Oracle delivery capability Ideal Background Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP programmes (or EBS migrations) Strong consulting background — ideally from Big 4, Capgemini, IBM, or equivalent Functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) Delivery experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise environments What You’ll Receive Salary: £100,000–£120,000 depending on experience Car allowance: £5,000 per annum Discretionary bonus and performance incentives 25 days annual leave optional holiday buy/sell scheme Private medical and dental coverage Mental health and wellbeing support Life assurance and competitive pension contributions Hybrid working with UK-wide client project exposure Leadership pathways and long-term strategic influence Who Should Apply You’re an experienced Oracle ERP programme leader who can steer large transformations, engage at senior levels, and bring structure and clarity to delivery across multiple workstreams.
