Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leiston We’re working with a global civil engineering and construction specialist involved in major infrastructure projects. As part of a landmark development in Suffolk, they’re looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial and contractual elements of the project. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up , lead a small team, and take pride in seeing a project through from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Leading cost planning and contract administration Managing subcontractors and supporting junior QS staff Overseeing procurement, variations, valuations, and claims Working closely with project and construction teams Supporting budget control, forecasts, and reporting to leadership What They’re Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar Experience on large-scale projects Commercial awareness and leadership skills RICS membership (or working towards it) Why Apply?
