Head of Product | London | Hybrid | Up to £130k Equity About the Company: Albert Bow has partnered with a high growth AI and data infrastructure company building mission critical tools that power the next generation of machine learning, analytics, and automation. Trusted by technical teams across sectors, from fintech to life sciences, they’re solving some of the hardest problems in applied AI and large-scale data. They’re entering a new phase of growth and are now hiring a product leader to scale their impact. Your Role: Own and drive product vision across AI first and data intensive platforms Lead and mentor a growing product team, shaping org and process from the ground up Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM to ship powerful, user centric features Partner directly with users, data scientists, ML engineers, and decision-makers, to understand pain points and opportunities Champion product thinking, balancing strategic roadmap with rapid iteration Skills Needed: Experience leading product in an AI, machine learning, or deep tech company Strong understanding of data infrastructure, ML workflows, or complex enterprise systems Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager Proven ability to scale products and teams in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Comfortable driving both strategy and hands-on execution Benefits: Salary up to £130,000 plus equity Hybrid working, London HQ (2-3 days onsite per week) Work on products shaping the future of AI and intelligent systems Interested in chatting further?
