Operational Resilience Business Analyst

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Business Analyst to work with their Information Security and Resilience team to analyse important business services provided by the firm, their business and IT dependencies and update essential documents to meet regulatory standards. Ideally a self-starter, we need someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Work with internal specialists to update key documentation to meet the FCA requirements Understand the maturity model to include identifying key business processes through to scenario testing and self-assessment Work with external advisers to validate the work and obtain internal approval up to Board level Skills Required Proven experience working on Operational Resilience within Financial Services Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and operational framework A working knowledge of enterprise IT to allow understanding an mapping of the technologies and processes to deliver services to our customers Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet agreed deadlines Previous experience of delivering scenario testing an advantage Desired Skills and Experience Business Analyst to work with our Information Security and Resilience team to analyse important business services provided by the firm, their business and IT dependencies and update essential documents to meet regulatory standards.
