You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers — not sitting in a silo waiting for tickets. This is for someone who’s naturally curious, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants real ownership over the data strategy that powers product growth. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Own the data roadmap for your squad — no queue of vague stakeholder asks here Dive deep into user behaviour to optimise free trial funnels and onboarding Design, run, and analyse A/B tests that influence product direction Work with engineers to ensure accurate tracking via Snowplow Shape the data models and pipelines (DBT) that support experimentation at scale WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR Strong SQL — you’ll use it daily Experience in a product-focused or digital analytics role Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks Bonus if you’ve worked on subscription journeys or onboarding flows Python is helpful but not a must Proactive mindset — this is a ‘find the insight, drive the change’ kind of role INTERVIEW PROCESS Chat with the hiring manager Case study (approach-focused, no data wrangling) Technical interview with analysts from the team Culture chat with a cross-functional stakeholder
