Technical Delivery Manager – Software & Cloud Transformation Location: UK-Wide (Remote/Hybrid options available, including Belfast) Salary: Up to £120,000 (dependent on experience) We’re looking for experienced Technical Delivery Managers to join a growing technology delivery team, supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK. This is a key phase of expansion, and we're seeking individuals with a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to lead hands-on delivery across complex software and cloud-based initiatives . The role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in systems integration or enterprise technology consulting, who are confident leading projects across the full delivery lifecycle—from pre-sales and scoping through to implementation and live operations. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the delivery of complex software/application programmes with multiple workstreams Manage technical teams and delivery timelines, ensuring dependencies are identified and mitigated Oversee cloud migration and legacy modernisation projects, aligned with business and architectural goals Act as a key interface between technical teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery success Champion delivery excellence, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to improve processes and outcomes Required Experience: Strong experience in technical programme or project delivery within a systems integrator or enterprise consultancy Solid understanding of software engineering principles, Agile/iterative delivery models, and SDLC Demonstrated success delivering software or cloud migration projects in complex, high-visibility environments Confident managing delivery risks, scope, and change while balancing technical depth with business needs Excellent stakeholder communication and a track record of commercial and delivery alignment Preferred Background: Client-facing delivery experience with direct accountability for outcomes Comfortable working independently without reliance on large programme teams Previous exposure to regulated or enterprise-scale delivery environments (e.g., public sector, financial services) Why Join?
