Procurement Manager Location: Surrey, UK Job Type: Full-time Overview: Alexander Lloyd are working with a global business seeking a Procurement Manager to lead indirect sourcing activities across a diverse range of services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of optimising supplier relationships, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing and procurement across specific indirect categories. Lead RFPs, negotiations, and supplier evaluations using digital sourcing tools. Monitor market trends and conduct spend analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and align strategies. Oversee supplier performance and resolve service or quality issues. Support global sourcing projects and ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing strategy, and supplier management.
