This is a hybrid role , typically 1–2 days per week in their Hook office , offering flexibility while still keeping connected with the wider team. The Role This brand-new position sits within a collaborative squad focused on Customer Platforms . You’ll be central to designing and building tools that enhance customer experience across inbound support and outbound engagement—supporting a contact centre environment and beyond. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain custom apps, tools, and widgets to optimise a major CRM platform (currently Zendesk, but open to all CRM backgrounds) Contribute to a long-term platform roadmap that supports automation and operational efficiency Collaborate closely with CRM leads, software engineers, and product stakeholders Champion clean, well-tested, and scalable code in a modern DevOps environment What We’re Looking For We’re after an engineer with: Solid commercial experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics etc.) Strong coding skills Exposure to cloud environments An automation-first mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment Why Apply?
