Job Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new vehicle sales, meeting monthly targets, and cross-selling additional products and services. This role demands a confident, well-presented individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales. The successful candidate will need to consistently close deals and actively contribute to the dealerships performance. Strong communication and self-motivation are key in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Drive the sale of new vehicles to meet and exceed monthly targets Cross-sell additional products and services where applicable Build and maintain strong client relationships Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations with prospective clients Prepare and follow up on quotations and finance applications Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available stock and model specifications Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Represent the dealership professionally at all times Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives as required Handle trade-ins and vehicle evaluations Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system Meet compliance and regulatory standards related to automotive sales Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and service Key Attributes Confident and professional communicator Target-driven and results-oriented Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills Energetic and self-motivated Strong negotiation and closing ability Requirements Minimum 23 years' vehicle sales experience, ideally with top-tier automotive brands Proven track record of achieving sales targets Valid drivers licence Excellent communication and client-facing skills Matric Inhouse Dealer Programs Remuneration Market-related salary based on experience, including company vehicle, fuel, and cell phone allowance Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
