Job Opportunity Join the team and take the opportunity to be part of the energy transition in Mexico. We are looking for a Centralized Control Center Supervisor to join the Team. General Objective of the Position The Centralized Control Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities within the control room, ensuring that monitoring, control, and communication systems function efficiently and safely. The role also involves supervising the team of operators and managing real-time operational emergencies or failures, while adhering to safety procedures and regulatory standards. Main responsibilities · Monitor the performance of control and communication systems in real time. · Ensure that operational procedures are followed by all control room staff. · Coordinate immediate responses to emergency events, breakdowns, or system anomalies. · Supervise the team of operators, assigning shifts and managing daily performance. · Train personnel on the use of SCADA systems, monitoring tools, and safety protocols. · Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to other departments. · Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule regular inspections of control systems. · Maintain detailed logs of events and failures occurring in the control room. · Provide regular reports on system performance to the management team. · Identify opportunities to improve monitoring and control processes and procedures. · Implement best practices for the use of technology and emergency management. · Ensure alignment of operations with regulatory and safety standards. · Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to coordinate efforts. · Act as a liaison between the control room and site operations, ensuring effective communication. Job Profile Scholarship : Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Professional experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in control room operations or SCADA system supervision, preferably in energy or industrial sectors. Professional area : Renewable Energy, Performance Monitoring Specialized knowledge : Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, communication protocols, and alarm management. Knowledge of electrical and safety regulations Use of Tools : Data analysis tools, SCADA, advanced monitoring software Language : English Advanced level What do we offer? Benefits exceeding the law.
