In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, career development, and professional growth Manage HR operational processes including absence tracking, payroll coordination, leave registration, and insurance policies Liaise with staffing and recruitment agencies to ensure efficient talent pipelines.
