Interim Legal Counsel

We’re partnering with a fast-paced, international technology and telecoms business to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Legal Counsel for a 6-month opportunity. The Role: As Interim Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal support across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across legal, commercial, finance, and product teams, helping to manage risk, support compliance, and enable commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Providing clear and practical legal advice across a broad range of issues Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating telecoms-related commercial contracts with both customers and suppliers Supporting corporate compliance and regulatory obligations across a multi-jurisdictional group Advising on legal matters spanning data protection, employment law, IP, property, licensing, and more Managing external counsel where required and supporting dispute resolution efforts What We’re Looking For: Qualified lawyer with strong experience in telecoms, tech, or a closely related industry – This is a must! Prior in-house legal experience essential, ideally within an international or fast-growth environment Expertise in commercial contracts and confidence handling a range of legal areas Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively If you are immediately available and this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch.
