Global Entity Manager

We're working with a leading global organisation in search of a Global Entity Portfolio Manager to join their expanding Governance Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth team delivering strategic compliance and governance support to some of the world’s most recognised multinationals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of international clients, ensuring entity compliance and governance standards are met Act as primary liaison for senior stakeholders, offering regulatory insights and issue resolution Lead and develop a team of governance professionals, driving performance and quality Monitor budgets and resources across complex, multi-jurisdictional projects Support commercial growth through cross-sell opportunities and sales collaboration Key Skills & Experience: Proven track record in international corporate governance and compliance Experience within a professional or managed services environment Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness Confidence handling client escalations and mentoring junior staff Strong attention to detail and quality assurance Hybrid Working: This role requires three days per week in the London office , with the remainder worked remotely.
