Lawyer Trusts and Estates Shropshire Full time, permanent opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable team member to join Talbots as a Trusts and Estates Lawyer. To be successful, you will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive and have had at least 1 year of post-qualified experience. As a Trusts and Estates Lawyer, you will be expected to undertake a full range of wills, trusts and estates work on behalf of private clients whilst being involved with business development activities. What the job includes: To grow and manage a varied caseload advising clients on a full range of associated matters across the Trusts and Estates portfolio. Drafting and reviewing documents and advising on a range of matters to include wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, Deeds of Variation and trust related work. Support colleagues within the department, liaising with existing and new clients, working efficiently, effectively and professionally. What you need: To be either a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant working experience within a Trusts & Estates Department; Passionate about providing outstanding client care and service. Accurate and articulate in written and spoken communication with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management as well as being proficient in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
