About the role We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our technical Scrum team, playing a key role in defining and mapping requirements for a new digital-first solution. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, technical architects and development teams to ensure seamless data migration, system development, and SaaS application integration Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements. Define user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams and developers. Ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality. Map out data migration requirements and validate data integrity. Work closely with data specialists to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems. Identify integration requirements for third-party SaaS solutions. Work with development teams to design and test integrations, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. Agile & Scrum Team Collaboration Required experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, user story writing, and backlog management. Experience in data migration and system development projects.
