Marine Refits Project Manager at Berthon Boat Co Ltd, Lymington An important marine refits project management position will arise in August due to the upcoming retirement of the current project manager after 51 years at Berthon. You will be managing refits, repairs and maintenance of boats 20’ – 80’ for Berthon’s wide range of commercial customers, including port authorities, MoD, Border Force, fisheries and survey organisations. This is a full-time role at Berthon’s Lymington shipyard (not hybrid or WFH). Project management experience in the marine industry a must. Marine engineering knowledge an advantage.
