Product Manager

Shawbrook is a specialist bank built to power up ingenuity in financial services. We combine human expertise with smart technology to deliver tailored solutions, and now we’re expanding our Product function to drive innovation in our mortgages offering. We’re hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of the mortgage domain, from discovery to delivery. You’ll work in a cross-functional squad and partner with engineers, designers and analysts to build smart, scalable solutions for brokers and customers. This is a newly created role with real autonomy, focused on solving problems that matter. What you’ll be doing: Own the full product lifecycle for mortgages, from problem definition to delivery Collaborate closely with engineering, design and data teams to deliver outcomes Shape product strategy with customer needs and regulatory context in mind Translate complex originations workflows into simple digital experiences Partner with stakeholders across operations, risk, and compliance What we’re looking for: Strong product management experience across discovery and delivery Familiarity with broker-to-bank journeys and mortgage originations Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable using data to inform decisions Curious, collaborative, outcome-driven mindset Why join Shawbrook?
