General Manager - Build to rent (high end residential) Salary £50,000 - £60,000 bonus Midlands Build to rent My client, one of the fastest growing build to rent developer/operators in the UK and they are on the lookout for a General Manager manage the day-to-day operations of their new build to rent scheme. As the Build-to-Rent General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing site operations and day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth functioning of their build-to-rent communities. You will lead an onsite team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our tenants while maintaining the highest standards of property management. Responsibilities: Mobilise Site Operations: Coordinate all aspects of site mobilisation, including staffing, procurement, and operational setup. Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the build-to-rent community, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Tenant Satisfaction: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor onsite staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and cohesion within the team. Financial Management: Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure the profitability of the build-to-rent development. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and staff. Marketing and Leasing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for leasing units and maximizing occupancy rates. Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance operations, prioritizing timely repairs and upkeep to preserve the quality and appearance of the property. Community Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote community engagement and enhance the overall living experience for tenants. Requirements: Proven experience in property management, with a focus on build-to-rent or multi-family residential properties.
