Role: Senior Business Improvement Consultant Rate: £650-700/day inside IR35 via umbrella company Location: Gloucester or London – flexible working Duration: 6-month initial contract A Senior Business Improvement Consultant is required to join a leading Financial Services client for long-term work. The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running. Key skills & experience required: A Senior and highly experienced Business Improvement Consultant with a background working in Financial Services or Investments. Have a systems thinking approach and experience with Lean methodologies (not six sigma). Experience leading & coaching junior business improvement analysts. Have an engaging approach and personality, bringing SMEs and stakeholders on the journey with them.
