Programme Manager

Programme Manager – West Yorkshire (Home-based) Up to £45,000 pa generous benefits Ref: NC 1371 We’re looking for a home-based Programme Manager to lead an exciting new programme supporting householders to progress with domestic energy retrofit across West Yorkshire . You’ll oversee delivery across Calderdale, Leeds, Bradford, Kirklees, and Wakefield , so you must be based in West Yorkshire and have strong knowledge of the local area. This is not an IT or construction project management role . We're seeking someone with experience delivering programmes on behalf of clients , working with partners and suppliers , managing quality assurance , and building strategic partnerships with local authorities and other organisations. What you’ll be doing: Managing a consortium of delivery partners to provide a one-stop shop for householders Leading on the quality management of the programme Developing strong strategic partnerships with local authorities, suppliers, and finance partners Supporting delivery of services including: Remote and in-person energy advice Home visits and installation coordination Ongoing relationship management with stakeholders What you’ll need: Proven experience in programme or project management A track record of managing delivery on behalf of a client Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with external partners and suppliers Budget and performance management experience Passion for sustainability and community impact A culture that supports you At Energy Saving Trust, flexible working is more than a policy — it’s part of our culture .
