An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established firm in Littlehampton. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team. Duties will include: Managing sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property. Site acquisitions and development. Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders. Drafting various legal documentation. Desired Skills A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of NQ years. What they offer: Salary depending on experience £40,000 25 days holiday. Company Pension. Hybrid/flexible working.
