We’re looking for an International Corporate Move Manager to handle worldwide relocations, ideally with previous experience managing corporate accounts, though this is not essential. What You’ll Be Doing : Managing end-to-end international removals for clients across the globe Acting as the primary contact throughout the move lifecycle Coordinating international logistics, customs processes, and partner agents Ensuring compliance with global shipping and customs regulations Tracking and resolving shipment delays and issues proactively Collaborating with internal teams and global networks Maintaining accurate move records and documentation Delivering top notch customer service and timely updates Preparing tailored cost estimates and service offerings Supporting account teams with operational excellence Conducting post move feedback calls to ensure satisfaction Meeting all service level and performance targets What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in international relocation or moving services Exposure to corporate client account handling preferred but not required Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with CRM or move management software Organized and confident in managing multiple concurrent moves Interested?
