Job Description

Project Engineer –Electromechanical Systems Are you a technically skilled Project Engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience? Do you enjoy working on varied, custom solutions across a wide range of industries? We’re looking for a dynamic engineer to join our client's growing team in delivering cutting-edge electromechanical systems tailored to our clients’ unique needs. The Role As a Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing the design, specification, and delivery of custom-built systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role that combines mechanical and electrical disciplines to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom electromechanical systems using CAD (SolidWorks or similar) Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions Create detailed mechanical and electrical schematics, BOMs, and assembly instructions Coordinate with internal teams (production, procurement, sales) to ensure timely project delivery Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to installation Support testing and troubleshooting of systems during assembly and commissioning Requirements Degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience) Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering principles Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent) Previous experience working with electromechanical systems or components Strong project coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
