As Plant Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for the site. You will be responsible for setting and executing strategic goals, ensuring efficient operations, and promoting a culture of high performance across all departments. Responsibilities of the Plant Manager will include: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams Develop and execute a progressive, forward-thinking site strategy aligned with wider business goals Drive operational excellence through world-class manufacturing practices and continuous improvement (CI). Champion lean manufacturing and embed a mindset of operational efficiency at all levels. Implement and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. Work closely with Commercial, Technical, and Product Development teams to support innovation and growth Leverage technology to future-proof operations and boost productivity We are keen to speak with Plant Managers / senior operations leaders with: Degree-level qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field Proven experience in a senior site leadership role within a complex manufacturing environment Ideally from a CNC machining background A strong background in lean/CI methodologies and world-class manufacturing A track record of delivering successful operational transformations Strong commercial and financial awareness Strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on leadership style Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a forward-thinking engineering organisation.
