Security Project Manager – Technical Delivery Contract: 6 months initial Reading/Home We’re seeking a proactive and technically astute Project Manager to lead infrastructure and security delivery within a high-impact TSA programme. This newly created role focuses on virtualisation and will involve managing complex technical workstreams across AWS, Azure, and VMware environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Centre engineers, SMEs, Legal, and Compliance—so strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery focus are essential. Key Responsibilities of the Security Project Manager include: Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and security projects, with a focus on virtualisation Manage technical workstreams across AWS, Azure, and VMware platforms Collaborate with engineering teams, SMEs, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure timely delivery Drive progress in a fast-paced, time-sensitive regulatory environment Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, ensuring alignment and accountability Support legal and compliance engagement to meet regulatory standards The successful Security Project Manager will have: Proven experience in technical project delivery, ideally within security or regulatory environments Strong background in AWS, Azure, and VMware infrastructure Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate with urgency and precision in regulated industries Background in Telecoms and TSA programmes preferred Alternatively, experience in Security within Financial Services or other regulated sectors Comfortable working across legal, compliance, and engineering functions To apply for the Security Project Manager please send your CV to caroline.kennedy@projectpeople.com
