Business Integration Project Manager Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a background in business integration? Do you have a proven track record of streamlining and merging complex supply chains? Are you available for a long-term contract? MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading wholesaler on the search for Business Integration project manager. This is a FTC (18 Months) role based in West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end integration of acquired business operations into the existing wholesale structure, focusing on systems, processes, and organisational culture. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define integration strategy, milestones, and key success metrics. Manage cross-functional project teams including supply chain, IT, operations, HR, and finance to ensure timely and effective execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports. Oversee the alignment of supply chain systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Identify and resolve integration issues, dependencies, and change impacts. Champion cultural integration and effective communication across the businesses. Report progress to leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in leading business integration projects, ideally in the wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors. Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and systems integration. Demonstrable experience in aligning business processes and managing cultural change during mergers or acquisitions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
