Earthing Engineer

Project Engineer – Earthing Systems Location: South West | Full-time | ⚡ Renewables / Power / Infrastructure We’re hiring a Project Engineer with specialist experience in earthing & grounding systems to support grid and infrastructure projects. You'll work on detailed designs, safety assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. BS EN 50522, IEC 61936). What You’ll Do Design and review earthing systems for HV/LV substations and grid connections Conduct soil resistivity studies and safety calculations Interface with DNOs, consultants, and project teams Support project delivery from concept to commissioning What You Bring 3 years in earthing/grounding engineering Strong knowledge of relevant standards and modelling tools (e.g. CDEGS) Electrical or Power Engineering background If you are interested, please get in touch Lnoel@vallumassociates.com
