One of our clients—a well-known events and hospitality group—is on the lookout for a Resourcing Manager to lead their staffing and people operations. This is no ordinary back-office role. You’ll be the linchpin that connects recruitment, onboarding, shift planning, and colleague experience across some of the UK’s best-known race days and events. You’ll lead and develop a team across recruitment and people ops, ensuring every shift is filled, every person is supported, and every process is running like clockwork. You'll shape resourcing strategy, build systems, track performance, and bring fresh ideas to make things better, smarter, and more people-focused. What get up to? Leading the resourcing and staffing teams across recruitment, planning, and event delivery Overseeing staffing for large-scale events—think catering, guest services, security and more Creating a brilliant colleague experience from onboarding to check-out Working closely with senior managers, HR, finance, and operations Reporting on key resourcing metrics and driving improvements Managing agency relationships, uniform logistics, and compliance Owning the big picture while staying close to the detail Your DNA?
