InterSystems HealthShare / HealthConnect consultant SC Cleared 6 month contract with opportunity to extend Our consulting client is looking to expand their team with a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of app support engineers, providing guidance and support to resolve technical issues effectively. Utilise your expertise in InterSystems HealthShare and HealthConnect to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, with a strong emphasis on EMPI, PD, Integration engine, and IRIS. Implement and oversee ITIL processes to enhance service management and delivery within the organisation. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with service management goals and objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in leading a small team of app support engineers. Significant experience in service management within a large organisation. Required expertise in development with InterSystems HealthShare and HealthConnect, alongside a strong understanding of EMPI, PD, Integration engine, and IRIS.
