Junior Depositary Service Officer - Early Talent Program Business Unit: Fund Solutions Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Job Type: 1 Year Fixed Term Hybrid (3 days onsite) 40 hours per week Our Early Talent Program will empower you with the knowledge and experience you’ll need to service our international clients. You’ll get the chance to show what your made of and explore the many possible career steps within our organization. You’ll learn where your talents lie and how you can best apply them in your work. The program is designed for young professionals who’d like to focus on their personal growth within a dynamic and international work environment. CSC's Early Talent Program prepares you over a 12-month period for a position in depositary services. At the end of the program, you will be a fully trained and all set to for a brilliant career within our organization. Some of the things you’ll be doing Completion and review of depositary activities for your own funds including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight tasks according to the A to Z model You manage the work programs for your funds in such way that you meet the internal and external client deadlines Liaising with the client service directors and team leads to build strong relationships with clients You keep up to date with relevant AIFMD, Wft or other relevant legislations and you have these legislations in mind when processing your tasks Participate actively in client meetings Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators Preparing relevant documentation for notification of new funds to regulator What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? A bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent). Excellent command of English and Dutch (spoken and written). Client focused attitude; will keep the interests of the client in mind and pro-actively contact client when needed A self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team You are willing to learn and further develop yourselves Be focused on solutions – propose solutions to issues rather than just escalating issues Why work with CSC?
