Key Responsibilities: Commission BMS systems, including configuring controllers, field devices, and HMIs. Perform functional testing, point-to-point checks, and system validation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and site acceptance testing. Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. Support the integration of HVAC, lighting, energy metering, and other building systems. Ideal Candidate: Degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, HVAC, or related field. 3 years of experience in BMS commissioning or system integration. Hands-on knowledge of BMS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell. Strong understanding of control logic, I/O devices, and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
