Job Description

ITG is a Joint-Venture between Trafigura and IFM investment fund, owning and operating various assets such as ports, terminals and multimodal logistics assets chains in export driven emerging markets for both liquid and dry cargos. It also operates several assets (owned by Trafigura) under a management service. Main Purpose: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for an efficient planning and scheduling of work orders by analyzing the problem, define the scope of work and work packages, create accurate cost estimates, define required means, executing parties and spare parts to execute the work in a safe and efficient manner. Job holder aligns with third parties for execution and validates the quality of the work permits. The planner ensures adequate maintenance administration of work executed, including review of execution and inspection reports. The Maintenance Planner plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at the site. Maintenance planning and scheduling (Electrical & Instrumentation) Detailed planning of work orders by scoping work, identifying required spare parts, skills and create cost estimates; Align with third parties to create work packages and review the work packages on scope, quality and efficiency; Work closely with Operations, customer service and procurement for efficient scheduling of activities; Creates a maintenance schedule for work orders and aligns with third parties for efficient execution Align within the organization for an efficient maintenance scheduling, including clustering of activities; Supports the maintenance discipline lead to define priorities based on urgency, criticality, and impact on operations; Part of the call out services of the company Provide technical input and maintain local maintenance contracts for key contractors and act as local spokesmen for daily maintenance Execute Task Risk analyses and define required safety measures together with relevant disciplines and departments; Prepare work permits for work execution and review work permits by third parties on quality, including requesting Lock out Tag Out for mechanical and electrical disciplines; Update the CMMS with work executed; Adequate data and document storage for maintenance and inspection reports in such a way that compliance track and trace is possible; Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and reorder as needed and balance stock levels to avoid excess or shortages According the NEN3140-/3840-policy, be the local (acting) equipment responsible person (installatieverantwoordelijke), incl. ATEX Responsible for checking adherence to the local NEN3140-/3840-policy; Responsible for checking adherence to the training / education in the E&I discipline Preparation of E-loto Safety & Compliancy Ensure that maintenance work adheres to safety protocols; Support the external and internal audits in maintenance and ensure that required maintenance data is adequately stored and traceable; Continuous improvement seek ways to improve maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance reliability; Support the Reliability Engineer in investigating equipment failures to identify underlying causes; Experience: MBO-4 education level with a degree in Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation); Experience in good maintenance practices in the relevant discipline (E&I); ATEX experience VP LS NEN-3140 VP HS NEN-3840 minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance planner preferably in the O&G or liquid tank storage; Knowledge of preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance methods for the relevant discipline; Basic knowledge of the relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements; Skills: ability to read and understand technical documentation (E&I); Works very structured with attention to detail; Good communication and interpersonal skills; competence in the use Microsoft Office Suite applications, presentation tools and programs; Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CMMS, AutoCAD, MS Project). excellent in planning and scheduling of his activities; adequate reading and writing in Dutch as well as English; Is pragmatic and results focused; Competencies: Confident to communicate complex information to other parties; Pro-active to solve problems; Confident to address issues with third parties with ability to solve them; Team player; Good planning and scheduling and organizational skills; Should be able to cope with a multi-faceted workload in a production driven environment; Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse workforce.
