As Agile Transformation Coach, you’ll guide executive stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, and support departments in embedding Agile leadership, governance, and culture — enabling faster delivery, continuous learning, and long-term value creation. Main Tasks: • Develop a strategic roadmap and embed Agile principles in portfolio and project management • Coach MT, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in value-driven leadership and feedback loops • Support Agile teams in maturing their collaboration, ownership, and delivery capability • Improve alignment between business and IT through iterative, cross-functional workflows • Drive organization-wide adoption of Agile mindset, including Finance, IT, and operations Skills & Experience: • Relevant experience guiding Agile transformation or organizational change processes • Strong facilitation and coaching skills across different layers of an organization • Ability to bridge strategic goals and operational practices in dynamic environments • Confident working with cross-functional teams, leadership, and support functions • Fluent Dutch speaker Send your CV and contact details, and I’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible!
