International volunteering in business, or VIE for short, is an initiative created and managed by Business France, the French national agency for international business development. As an international trainee within the VIE Program, candidates travel to CEVA overseas locations where they work alongside the local team for a pre-determined period of 6-24 months and have the opportunity to absorb the local culture. In addition to support from the local CEVA management, the candidate is also taken care of by the local French Embassy. YOUR ROLE We are looking for a curious and analytical Solution Design Analyst to join our Contract Logistics team supporting Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will contribute to warehouse solution design for new and existing customers, including layout development, resource modelling, and cost analysis. This is a great entry point into CEVA’s solution design career pathway. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will: Support the Solution Design team in layout design, data analysis and technical documentation Model resourcing, equipment, and investment scenarios for low to mid-complexity bids Build capability in PRIMO, CLASS, and CEVA’s solution design toolbox Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Functional teams Present concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders Contribute to ongoing improvements in CEVA’s design methodology WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has experience gained with warehousing, transport or related logistics / supply chain operations and strong analytical and communication skills. You should also have: Vocational or tertiary qualification in logistics and supply chain, business analytics, finance or other related field Advanced Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency Willingness to learn layout tools and solution modelling software Positive, team-focused attitude and a high level of initiative Confidence presenting ideas and data insights. In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
