Job Description

Join us as a Quantitative Developer and help shape the future of digital‑asset market making. You will collect and interrogate massive data sets, uncover patterns, and translate insights into profitable trading strategies, leveraging advanced statistics and machine‑learning techniques. Collaboration is fundamental to our culture, so you will work closely with fellow quants and software engineers on cutting‑edge infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, test, and deploy delta‑one market‑making strategies. Mine and model large, high‑frequency data sets; build predictive forecasts. Work hands‑on with low‑latency trading systems to minimise execution slippage. Contribute to strategy research discussions and code reviews within a small, highly technical team. Requirements 3 years building or trading delta‑one market‑making strategies. Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field. Deep knowledge of forecasting, data‑mining techniques, and market microstructure. Strong programming skills (any language); experience with Rust is a plus. Familiarity with low‑latency trading infrastructure. Excellent quantitative reasoning and statistical inference abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset and team‑first attitude.
