Environment, Health and Safety Manager

HSE Manager Rotterdam (4 days a week in office/ 1 from home) Dutch/English speaker We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HSE Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across the Netherlands, with occasional international travel. What you will be doing: Implement and drive the Health & Safety module in the site location Work closely with HSE specialists and managers in different regions. Deliver training sessions for global teams. Collaborate with international auditing teams to ensure compliance and best practices. Support stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior leadership. Travel to key locations (US, Europe, South America– 5-6 times per year). Is this you? 3-6 years of experience in HSE, ideally within an international environment. Strong communicator who can work across multiple teams and cultures. Experience with ISO 45001 and safety policy implementation. Dutch and English is a must – German or Spanish is a plus. Hands-on and strategic mindset, able to navigate a matrix organization.
