Oracle Cloud Test Manager

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Test Manager Overview We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Test Manager to lead testing efforts and coordinate cutover activities for our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will be critical in ensuring quality and readiness across the Finance, Procurement, and SCM modules The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and bring strong cross-functional coordination skills. You will work directly with business users to define test scenarios, validate role-based access, manage UAT, and support a seamless production cutover. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end testing strategy for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, specifically Finance, Procurement, and PPM. Collaborate with HCM and integration teams to align cross-functional test scenarios and manage dependencies. Partner with business stakeholders and functional leads to define comprehensive UAT test scripts and ensure process coverage. Oversee validation of security roles and access to ensure accurate, role-based testing. Lead UAT execution, including scheduling, status tracking, issue resolution, and daily stand-ups. Use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage test cases, defect logging, retesting cycles, and reporting. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud testing. Involved in 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Deep understanding of Finance, Procurement, and PPM modules. Familiarity with HCM module interactions and integration points. Proven experience managing UAT, including test case design and access validation. Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test management tools. Strong organizational and coordination skills across business and technical teams. Demonstrated experience with cutover and go-live planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
