We work on a project basis and focus on quality, long-term partnerships, and real impact. What will you do? This role is all about drive, commercial instinct, and resilience. You’ll start by building your own market through cold acquisition, so having a hunter’s mindset is a must. You’ll develop strong relationships with clients, advise them on resource strategies, and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact all the way through post-deal aftercare. You’ll also work with clear KPIs and performance ratios that support your success and be part of a team where wins are celebrated loud and proud. Think: sales competitions, prizes for top performers, and celebrating every deal you close!
