As an Application Specialist, your responsibilities include: Managing, configuring, and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics365 CE stack and the CPQ solution within SMT; Participating in internal projects and being the go-to expert for your colleagues; Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to our applications; Translating functional needs into technical solutions and resolving technical issues; Supporting internal users with 2nd and 3rd line issues; Collaborating with international colleagues and suppliers to ensure a seamless user experience; Acting as the product owner of the D365 Customer Engagement and CPQ solutions, documenting processes, manuals, and procedures, and working closely with the Sales teams. What we expect from you: A relevant IT education with at least 3 years of experience as a functional application manager; Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Dynamics stack, focusing on the CRM D365 solution and an understanding of CPQ solutions; Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels; Fluent in Dutch and English; An enterprising team player who prioritizes cooperation and results and takes the initiative in process optimization.
