Business Analyst - Dutch speaking

For our client , an educational institution in the Nijmegen area, we are looking for a Business Analyst . Start : August 25, 2025 Workload : 16 - 20 hours per week Duration : Until December 19, 2025, with an option for extension Language: Dutch speaking mandatory The candidate should take into account an intake interview with the client on August 19 between 14:00 and 16:00 , and August 21 between 11:00 and 12:00 . Assignment Description The project is divided into three sub-projects : Processes and organization Replacement of CRIS Redesign of non-CRIS functionality The Business Analyst is part of the project team for Sub-project 1 . This team is developing a proposal for the governance structure of the new CRIS. This structure defines who is responsible for what and outlines which roles (such as data stewards, key users, functional administrators, and coordinators) are needed. Job Requirements Minimum higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level At least five years of work experience as a Business Analyst Experience guiding organizations through change processes , including developing change strategies and dealing with resistance Experience working in a higher education (HE) institution or affinity with the core processes of a university (Education and Research) is a plus Strong communication skills to gather the right information and keep the project manager informed Performs work with appropriate thoroughness and attention to detail Able to distinguish between main and minor issues and maintain an overview across different levels of aggregation Capable of turning stakeholder needs and bottlenecks into concrete improvement proposals and clear requirements Able to document and communicate findings clearly and unambiguously Proven experience in analyzing, describing, streamlining, and harmonizing business processes — including identifying inefficiencies, developing improvement strategies, and implementing solutions that lead to consistent and efficient operational procedures Experience in creating process models Apply now if interested.
