We invest in training and certifications that confirm your real progression, in promoting a healthy work-life balance, and in offering benefits that impact your personal life and career. welcometoyourfuture What we’re looking for: 5 years in Data Engineering , ML or MLOps roles (with ML/AI in production) Strong Python skills (CI/CD, API deployment, data workflows) Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , GitLab CI , Jenkins Hands-on with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC), cloud or hybrid environments Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, governance, and operational challenges Clear communication and ownership mindset. Comfortable leading cross-functional projects English : Professional working proficiency required (B2/C1) Nice to have : Coding : Bash / YAML / SQL Experience of developing and deploying Agentic tools Experience working with security teams or implementing IAM and data protection policies French B2 Being Affinity • Affinity – Creating close and empathetic relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms).
