Business Process Engineer

Drive process standardisation, automation, and policy enhancement. Work closely with finance, risk, audit, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Deliver data-driven insights through dashboards, models, and reports. Evaluate current processes using analytics and statistical methods to propose sustainable improvements. Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-departmental alignment. 🎯 What Were Looking For: A qualification in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Science , or similar. 3 years experience in process improvement, business analysis, or finance operations. Strong analytical toolkit confident working with Excel, Power BI, SAP , or similar systems. Understanding of finance cycles, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and controls. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across business units. Bonus: Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) or automation tools. 🚀 Why Join ?
