Content Manager

Role: Content Manager Location: Remote, Mexico Key Skills: CSM and SEO Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech A Salesforce Analyst focuses on data import and export using Data Loader and Inspector. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Content Enrichment Specialists, setting priorities and managing daily execution. Own the content enrichment strategy for key product categories, ensuring alignment with merchandising and digital commerce objectives. Serve as the central point of contact across departments for enrichment projects, category launches, and cross-functional content initiatives. Drive continuous improvement of data quality, taxonomy, and metadata to enhance product findability, filterability, and conversion. Partner with the PIM and IT teams to evolve enrichment tools, workflows, and automation capabilities. Oversee the development and governance of content standards, attribution guidelines, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Champion user-centered content practices that improve customer nd metadata to enhance product findability, filterability, and conversion. Establish and manage performance KPIs to track content experience, reduce friction, and support digital merchandising success Skills Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, English, UX Writing, or a related field. 6 years of experience working with customer-facing content in digital platforms, support centers, or service organizations. Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Zendesk Guide, Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress), and content editing platforms. Familiarity with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Experience with customer support data (search terms, ticket drivers, article deflection) is highly desirable.
