Content Specialist

Role: Sr. Content specialist Location: Remote, Mexico Key Skills: CSM and SEO Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech A Salesforce Analyst focuses on data import and export using Data Loader and Inspector. What You'll Do Enhance support articles, FAQs, onboarding materials, and chatbot scripts for clarity, tone, and usability. Add structure, visuals, and formatting to make content scannable and helpful. Improve discoverability through metadata, tagging, and taxonomy strategies. Audit and maintain content quality across platforms. Collaborate with CX designers, support teams, and product managers. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements. Skills Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, English, UX Writing, or a related field. 3 years of experience working with customer-facing content in digital platforms, support centers, or service organizations. Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Zendesk Guide, Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress), and content editing platforms. Familiarity with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Experience with customer support data (search terms, ticket drivers, article deflection) is highly desirable.
