EHS Supervisor

Coordinate Health, Safety and Environment aspects in facilities located in or near the plant, supporting the operation in meeting the company's goals, executing Health, Safety and Environment programs and preventive and corrective actions, operating the corresponding controls and monitoring the effective application of the Integrated Management System for compliance with Health, Safety and Environment directives as well as the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the Facility. Main Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSE) and authorized standards at all facilities under its responsibility, identifying requirements, ensuring they are fully met, and validating their practical application. Execute HSE programs, integrating all the elements necessary for the programs' success, taking the necessary actions to ensure they are carried out, and reporting on progress and results. Identify training needs by job position, considering applicable legal requirements, regulations, internal standards, and occupational safety procedures. Coordinate the standardization of good safety practices, identifying deviations and analyzing their causes. Coordinate training and specific requirements for emergency response and coordination with local emergency services. Ensure that incident investigation processes are carried out in the correct manner, substance, and time to identify the causes that generated them and take action to prevent their recurrence at any of the company's facilities. Must Have Bachelor's degree in industrial/ chemical/environmental engineering or similar. Intermediate-advanced conversational English (B2). 5 years of experience implementing safety, health, and environmental management systems. Knowledge of voluntary safety, health, and environmental programs (SARI; PASST; Clean Industry; ISO 14001; ISO 45001). Knowledge of NFPA standards, PSM (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL), ATEX, Root Cause Analysis (TAP ROOT, BOW-TIE), and LMS. Nice to Have Registration as a STPS Training Agent (DC-5)
