We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Mexico City office and lead strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with global and regional business goals. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for Mexico operations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies. Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development. Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in collaboration with finance and external vendors. Support organizational change, culture-building, and diversity & inclusion efforts. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
