About the Role Job Title: Sr Exchange Engineer About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Exchange Engineer to join our global IT infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a Level 400 Exchange expert with deep technical knowledge of both on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online, including hybrid configurations. The ideal candidate will be based in Latin America (LATAM) and must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Must have proven expertise in Design and implement Exchange Server environments. Must have hands on experience in Configure and manage Exchange online & Onprem. The candidate must have Implemented and managed security & compliance. Must have good experience debugging, running diagnostics backup & recovery. Required Qualifications: Proven Level 400 expertise in MS Exchange (On-Prem & Online). Deep understanding of hybrid Exchange environments. Strong PowerShell scripting skills. Experience with third-party gateway integrations (e.g., SOPHOS). Solid grasp of security protocols and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with MS 365/O365 ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MS Purview. Knowledge of advanced diagnostic and monitoring tools. Preferred Certifications: MS Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or equivalent MS Certified: Exchange Server Expert MS 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert MS Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals CompTIA Security
