About the Role: Role: Marketing Project Coordinator OR Marketing Project Manager Location: Mexico (Remote) Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day execution of global paid media campaigns by tracking project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Maintain and update campaign trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure visibility across internal and external teams. Coordinate intake, prioritization, and delivery of campaign assets, tags, and briefs with internal teams and external agencies. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are clear, stakeholders are informed, and action items are documented and followed up on. Identify and escalate risks to timelines, dependencies, or blockers in a timely manner to ensure smooth campaign execution. Partner with marketing, creative, BI, and engineering teams to support operational workflows and tool/process enhancements. Help drive process consistency and documentation to improve execution across markets and channels. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, program support, or campaign operations role—ideally within a digital marketing or media environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting paid media, digital advertising, or customer acquisition campaigns. Familiarity with media performance metrics and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics). Comfortable working across global time zones and diverse teams. Experience working with creative teams or asset management workflows.
